We ship in insulated shipping containers, therefore the outside dimensions and the inside dimensions of the box are different. Is there a way to enter in the inside box dimensions in addition to the outside box dimensions to allow for proper box packing?

If we use just the inside dimensions, FedEx will underestimate the shipping charges. If we use just the outside dimensions, the box packing will pack too many items into one box.

Any solution would be greatly appreciated.
