Is there a way to configure BOGO 40%off- Buying 1 product other selected products become available at a 40% discount.

Hi,
You can achieve your business case using the combinational rule. You can set up a combination rule which will apply a discount on both the product, but under the restriction tab, you can set a restriction to the particular product.
