Hello,
I am having issues when exporting and updating pricing.
Step 1 = Export CSV (Only have 2 variable products in woo commerce).
Step 2 = Modify price in CSV
Step 3 = Import CSVThe problem i have is all of the variables update ok – BUT when i look at my price range under products or on my webpage the existing price range does NOT change.
If i duplicate the existing product then the pricing range changes to suit the duplicate product. -
? wheres the support? i purchased this plugin because of you so called good support????????

If you simply export then import the same code it changes many fields on its own,one would think if you exported and then imported the data would be the same.
Will be trying a different plugin and asking for my money back.

Sorry for the delay in response,
Could you please specify some fields that are getting changed by default.
Regarding the Price range on variable products , it could be a cache, transient, or incorrect _regular_price, _sale_price, _price fields.
Please check by clearing WC Transients from WooCommerce Tools.
