      Hello,

      I’m receiving the error “Missing or invalid ship from company name [Error Code: 120300]” when I click the confirm shipment button. I’ve confirmed that my business information is filled out correctly within the plugin. Any help would be appreciated.

      Hi Trevor,

      Kindly also check whether your custo fulfill this shipment.

      NOTE : With the latest version, it is not mandato resolve this problem.

      Hi,
      I have the same issue. My company name is filled out correctly and I’m running the newest Version 3.9.13 of the plugin. Customer’s company name is also filled in and still getting Missing or invalid ship from company name [Error Code: 120300]

      Hi David,

      Thanks for reaching out to us.

      Along with company name, kindly ensure that you have filled “Attention Name” field as well.
      Once this is provided, you should not face any problem.
