I have been using this plugin for the past month, but I am having difficulties with the postage pricing. I have a website that sales women’s clothing and most of my orders ship out using priority flat rate envelopes, in which i usually pay approximately $6. I have set up all of my products with very minimal weight and dimensions, since I can usually can fit them all in an envelope, but when I get an order with more than one item, the shipment label that is created is charging me $33 . I’ve been having to ask for refunds directly from Easypost, but it takes 30 days. I am not sure why it is do, but as for a refund.

Hi Andres,
Since you are using only Flat rates for shipping – for postage, you can select the “Manual label dimensions” option in plugin settings page which would allow you to provide the dimensions of the box so that you can generate the optimum label for the optimum box (thereby reducing overcharging of labels).
