Howdy, I just installed the WooCommerce Stamps.com Shipping Plugin with USPS Postage and have been getting this order when we process a shipment. Does anyone have an idea how to resolve? Stamps.com: Invalid SOAP message due to XML Schema validation failure. The ‘http://stamps.com/xml/namespace/2015/05/swsim/swsimv45:Address1’ element is invalid – The value ” is invalid according to its datatype ‘http://stamps.com/xml/namespace/2015/05/swsim/swsimv45:string-1-2147483647’ – The actual length is less than the MinLength value.

Hi Brian,
This error usually comes when there is no address mentioned in the Sender address Line 1.
That’s why you are getting this error. Kindly enter some address there. It should resolve the problem.
Let us know, if the issue persist.

im getting this same message and there is actually an address in senders line one and I have also tried different address and I get the same error

Hi,
The error shows up when the address line 1 is missing in either in the plugin settings under label and tracking tab, or in the shipping address in the order, please double check if the address is entered.
