      Hi WooForce developer, i receive some complains from DHL customer are using your plugin because it retrieve wrong tariff.
      I ask customer to activate Debug Mode and i check the XML request created by your plugin. I found a mistake in your request… in the XML there is no Account Code whereas it setting on Configuration page.
      Please correct the request to add the NNNNNNNNN section after the Pieces section and before the flag. Please perform asap to correct the tariff calculation for DHL customer. Thanks.

      Hi Paolo,

      We confirm that we are sending account number properly if the customer selected “Account rates” for field “Request Type” in the plugin settings page.

      Otherwise, if it is List rate, the account number will not be sent.
