Hi there,
I just bought the plugin and set everything up. I am a bit worried about the test mode, as I really do not want that my client gets charged. Instead I went to your demo page and ran a test order. Following the steps in your video, after I clicked on accept in the order backend, seven shipment labels appeared. This is the link to that demo order on your website.
Could you please confirm that this is not happening on our end (especially when not in test mode) and secondly could you confirm the test mode is 100% safe to use.

Hello Jan, Test mode is 100% safe as no real shipment is created in this case.
Regarding print label, when ‘pack items individually’ is chosen as ‘ups packaging’ option in ups admin settings, each items in cart will be treated as separate package and so labels will be generated separately. If ‘Pack in to the box dimensions defined.
