      Hi, I’m using this plugin and I need it just for the label printing and not to offer rates returned from DHL to users.
      I found that if I flag the option “This is a production key” sometimes the system offers real-time rates to users but I don’t flag “This is a production key” it takes the rates set for the different shipping classes.
      I can’t keep “This is a production key” not flagged.
      Can you please let me know which are the correct settings?

      Hi Luca,

      Production Key field is to activate the plugin in live mode.

      So if you enable this field, that means that the plugin is active in live mode now.

      For disabling the realtime rates in the plugin, you can disable the field “Enable DHL” in plugin settings.
      This will allow you to print labels but the rates will not be shown.

      If you face any more issues, requesting you to raise a ticket if you are a premium user.
