      Hello I had the demo downloaded, upgraded and paid, refreshed and the plug in is not working. Pls advise. I have to amend my shipping today asap.

      Hi Michelle,
      We hope you have the premium version.
      If you have the premium version, kindly raise a ticket via support.wooforce.com and provide us admin access.

      If you have the basic version, then raise the issue at the wordpress forum of the plugin.

      We will help you correct the problem.
