      Does the plugin fee include the annual fee for UPS rate updates? How are the rate updates applied? Does the plugin report our negotiated corporate rate or the “standard rack rate?”

      Hi Bob,

      Our plugin fee includes fees for support and updates. This includes any changes in UPS rates.

      Also, this plugin has both negotiated rates and normal rates.
      Additionally we offer retail rates, daily rates, Standard List Rates, etc.
