      A client of mine is using the premium version of this plugin to show real-time pricing from USPS. The plugin is setup to display only prices for Priority Mail and First Class mail. It was working fine for few weeks and suddenly yesterday it started showing “Retail Ground” as one of options with $0 as shipping price. Users choose that since that’s free shipping. We verified that Retail Ground is definitely not selected in the Services selection under USPS setting of WooCommerce. Why is the extra shipping option showing up suddenly? How can we disable it?

      Hi SJ,

      You can disable the service by going to Woocommerce –> Settings –> Shipping –> Services –> Retail Ground.

      Once you disable the service, the problem would not come.

      Let us know if the issue persists.
