      Hello,

      I am using this plugin at the EC site for Hong Kong people.
      I am setting UTF-8 but Chinese character will be garbled in the invoice.
      It will not be garbled in the shipment label.

      How do I output it like the shipment label.

      Hi,

      I don’t think DHL label supports Chinese characters. I’ll confirm with DHL and let you know.

      DHL don’t supports Chinese characters.
      So I write English name after Chinese characters at products.

      e.g.
      茶游堂ー京都宇治抹茶蕨餅(MATCHA WARABI MOCHI)

      Hi,

      The Chinese characters might show as unknown characters or xml request might fail. so there’s two chances that the label don’t get generated at all, or the Chinese characters will be shown as unknown character and only the address in English will be printed.

      It will be displayed like “茶游堂ー京都宇治抹茶蕨餅(MATCHA WARABI MOCHI)”
      Is there a way to correctly display both character on the invoice?

      The content I want to edit is product name in the invoice.

      Hi,

      This will not be possible. If the product title is in Chinese it will take the name from the product title so it will take the name in Chinese characters.

      Hi,

      Its not possible to DHL since the product title is taken from the product data directly.
