Hi Lorenzo! ‘Real time pricing’ is working well with Stamps.com. But I have a problem. Products that I sell to customers are all same dimension and weight. And I just use Regional Rate Box A, Regional Rate Box B, Medium Flat Rate box and Large Flat Rate box. When customers are going to buy more than 4 products, it is possible to select Regional Rate Box B and Medium Flat Rate box. but plugin always selects Flat Rate Medium box, although Regional Rate Box B is cheaper than Flat Rate Medium box. I want to show customer minimum shipping price in cart/checkout page. How could I solve this problem? Thank you! John

Hi,
The plugin will always select a smaller box first, so if you want to disable the medium box so that it will skip that flat rate box.

[Precondition]
* 5~7 my products are able to be in Medium Flat Rate box.
* 5~8 my products are able to be in Regional Rate Box B.
* I live in VA.[Case]
If a customer lives in TX(Zone 6),* Products amount : 5(3.75lbs)
* Box that is selected by plugin : always Medium Flat Rate box(because Medium Flat Rate box is smaller than Regional Rate Box B)
* Estimated price by Stamps.com : Regional Rate Box B $21.03 / Medium Flat Rate Box $12.85
* Plugin’s decision : Medium Flat Rate Box $12.85. It’s good!But if a customer lives in VA(Zone 1),
* Products amount : 5(3.75lbs)
* Box that is selected by plugin : always Medium Flat Rate box(because Medium Flat Rate box is smaller than Regional Rate Box B)
* Estimated price by Stamps.com :Regional Rate Box B ‘$7.41’ / Medium Flat Rate Box $12.85
* Plugin’s decision : Medium Flat Rate Box $12.85. It’s not the cheapest way.Sometimes, more bigger box is reasonable. In this case, How could I solve this? Thank you! John

Currently we do not have a solution in this case since the plugin will always choose a smaller box first. I’ll check with the team if we can come up with some kind of solution for this.
