Will the plugin stop working if I am not using a WooCommerce-compatible theme?

I am having problems with the UPS Shipping Plugin that I purchased last week.

When putting in an address doesn’t continue the process unless you reload or click apply coupon with no coupon entered.

Support :

This seems to be a theme issue.

To verify this, we deactivated the plugin from your website and noticed that the problem (of rates not refreshing) persisted. Hence we can safely tell that the issue is not coming from our plugin.
