When trying to fix this issue?

Customer:

Create shipment, I get the following error:

Fedex Create Shipment Error: ship Severity: ERROR SourceShip

Code: 3038

Message: Shipper Postal Code not Served
LocalizedMessage: Shipper Postal Code not Served

I am using the FedEx-test credentials.

XAdapter Support:

For international shipment, it is working fine.
But in case of domestic shipment, there are no valid services activated from FedEx settings. We have enabled a service FIRST_OVERNIGHT for you, and now it’s working.

We recommend you to get all rates.

Thank you for your efforts, but still, I have the same problem.

Can you please retry that after clearing your browser cache? It could be a cache problem.
As we are getting it working fine each time.
