I am having trouble getting a label to show up on the order page. The page will refresh and show no changes. I followed the documents but still have hit a dead end.
We enabled the debug mode and tried reproducing the problem, and we are getting the following error message:
[Severity] => ERROR [Source] => prof [Code] => 1000 [Message] => Authentication Failed )
Kindly check your FedEx credentials( FedEx Account Number, FedEx Meter Number, Web Services key, Web Services Password).
I have entered all Credentials correctly, but the issue persists.
We would like to tell you that you need advanced Services authorization to use Print Label feature.
- You need to contact FedEx with the sample label generated using Test Account details.
- Please follow Certification Guidelines to get Advanced Services for printing the labels.
