I am having trouble getting label to show up on the order page. The page refreshes and shows no changes. I followed the documentation but still have hit a dead end.
We enabled the debug mode and tried reproducing the problem, and we are getting the following error message:
[Severity] => ERROR [Source] => prof [Code] => 1000 [Message] => Authentication Failed
Kindly check your FedEx credentials ( FedEx Account Number, FedEx Meter Number, Web Services key, Web Services Password).
I have entered all credentials correctly, but the issue still persists.
In that case, you need advanced services authorization to use print label feature. Here’s what you should do:
- Contact FedEx with the sample label generated using test account details.
- Please follow certification guidelines to get advanced services for printing the labels.
