    HI,

    That is happening because of the Parcel Packing option in plugin settings page.

    If the option has ‘Pack into boxes with weights and dimensions’, then the make sure that the box is defined with dimensions that can accommodate the products.
    If the option is ‘Pack items individually’, then that means each item will go individually.

    Kindly make sure of these points and your problem will be resolved.

    Hi Bruce,

    WooCommerce allows shipping fields only Country, State, City or Postal codes only. The values provided in the Address line fields are not recognized by WooCommerce by default. Since our plugin is designed to work with WooCommerce, you can configure shipping rules also based on these values only.

    Even if you have provided these values in the zones, WooCommerce does not recognize these values unless they are provided in either of these shipping fields- Country, State, City or Postal codes. (You can check this by creating a ‘Flat rate’ in the zone)

    Hi Courtney,

    Our plugin will return the shipping rates from Canada Post API, therefore the rates from Canada Post should definitely match. In order to check for the exact issue we will be needing the complete Canada Post Request and Response and the rates from Canada Post website.     In that case, can you please raise a ticket to support@pluginhive.com
    In the ticket, kindly provide
    – screenshot of the rates from Canada post website that you are expecting
    – the debug request and response info for us to check.
    – Enable debug option in plugin settings page and then place an order from the cart page. You will see a request and response info. Copy this in a text file and send it to us.

    Hi Courtney,

    Thanks for raising the query.
    Ideally, if you have an enabled discount, then you should definitely get the discounted rates.

    Make sure that the ‘Quote Type’ is set to ‘Commercial’ and ‘Rate Cost’ is set to ‘Due’.
    This should resolve the problem. If you still face any issue, just approach our support team. They will certainly help.

    You can keep the ‘Store currency’ as USD, but in the plugin settings you have to set it as AED and provide the conversion rate of AED to USD. (screenshot – http://prntscr.com/kqlmsq )
