Woocommerce cart throwing an error

Hi Leo,

This issue comes if you’re using the box packing option based on weight and dimension, and if you haven’t defined any custo those boxes. If you define a box that will fit the items in the cart or choose different box packing option the error should go away.

We’ll release a new update to fix this.

As explained by Lorenzo earlier, if you’re using the box packing option based on weight and dimension, and if you haven’t defined any custo those boxes. If you define a box that will fit the items in the cart or choose different box packing option the error should go away.

Can you please provide us screenshot of the settings page and also the product dimension screenshot so that we can immediately check this. Also, we will be handling this error to display a more user defined error message.

Finally, regarding refund, can you please provide us the ticket number using which you have communicating to us on the refund.
