      After installing “Print Invoices, Packing List & Labels for WooCommerce”, I am unable to find the settings page.

      Hi Navin,
      You will find settings option at 2 places.
      WooCommerce -> Shipping Labels

      Hope it helps.

      Also, one more way is to
      Plugins -> WooCommerce Shipping Labels (BASIC) -> Settings
