OK, I downloaded the file, uploaded into my website. No problems so far.
I did a test purchase to see if the UPS rates would calculate properly. When I go to checkout and click n “Calculate Shipping” I see a lot of the back office website file wording:

Hi Jeff,
You just need to WooCommerce –> Settings –> UPS and disable the debug option.
Once you have disabled it, you will not get this code in the cart/checkout page.
