Hi, guys
I would really like your help on this one. I have a brand new wordpress installation for a ecommerce site using woocommerce as platform. I wanted to import product catalogue from vendor, uploaded it to my WP installation, did match proposed fields to those coming with the uploaded file but cannot make it work.
I have tried different options but everytime I get the same response: “Import failed”
Can you guys help me out?
Yes, I did my homework and tried to make sure the format of the upcoming CSV file was as recommended and, although I did so, cannot make it work.

“Import failed” error may be having many reasons like. csv not correct or mapping fields is not correct.
To analyze the issue in depth, Please raise a request HEREPlease share your csv to us. we will check it in our demo site and revert you back.
