      Hi Dosa,

      We do not know your local time there.
      However, if the order was placed before the cut off time for thursday, ie. 16:00, then it is correctly showing as 25/05/2018. Else it will show as 26th.

      Can you please confirm this?

      Hi Minwoo,

      Could you please let us know whether you have configured the ‘cutoff time’ based on UTC time or WP Time zone?
      You can check this in WordPress–> Settings–> General–> Time Zone.

      If you set it based on UTC, then kindly configure the ‘cut-off time’ based on WP Time zone.
      This should solve your problem.

      Hi

      My WP Time Zone is UTC+7.

      The local time here (WP Time Zone) now is 21:30.
      The UTC now is 14:30.

      When I set cuto 14:00, the delivery date is 13 JUL.
      When I set cuto 15:00, the delivery date is 12 JUL.

      REGARDLESS of whether I configure UTC or WP Time Zone on the plugin’s setting page.

      I’m quite sure that your plugin is taking UTC time regardless of the plugin settings.
      I use quite a few time-related plugins.

      Could you please re-check?

      I have temporarily solved the problem by setting the Cuto 04:00 instead of 11:00 because it’s 4AM UTC when it is 11AM here.

      As you can see from the capture, my WP Time Zone is set to

      take UTC time ignoring the +7 at the moment.

      Hi Minwoo,

      Thanks for the screenshot, so what I see is your local time is 10:02am and your UTC time is 3:00am, where as the the cutoff time in plugin is 04:00am.
      Is the estimated delivery not returning the correct date on the cart/checkout?

      If yes, please to your website.

      Hello Anindo,

      I think you aren’t understanding my current issue. Let me try to simplify this.

      Local Time (WP Time Zone) : 10:02 AM
      UTC Time : 03:02 AM
      So as you see my time zone is UTC+7

      Plugin Setting: WP Time Zone Cutoff at 04:00 AM
      Estimated Date change happens at 11:00 AM Local Time

      Plugin Settings: UTC Cutoff at 04:00 AM
      Estimated Date change happens at 11:00 AM Local Time

      I set toffs at 18:00 PM.

      So I’m trying to tell you that the plugin ignores WP Time Zone and only follows UTC.
