      Hi there,

      I followed the setup here: https://www.xadapter.com/setting-woocommerce-dhl-express-plugin/

      But there is no guideline for setup zone for DHL express, I want:
      – Use other shipping services for domestic orders
      – Use DHL express for international orders

      I config orders within Singapore work well, but there is no option for add DHL into shipping zones, can you help?

      Hi Lorenzo,

      I am currently working with Trung to configure the WooCommerce settings in our website for this plugin (https://www.xadapter.com/product/woocommerce-dhl-shipping-plugin-with-print-label/)

      We have successfully configured the DHL Express by following the steps from https://www.xadapter.com/setting-woocommerce-dhl-express-plugin/
      We approached DHL Express Integration Team and they did assist with providing the Site ID and Password.

      We followed up to configure the settings for DHL eCommerce via https://www.xadapter.com/set-dhl-ecommerce-shipping-option-using-woocommerce-dhl-expresspaket-shipping-plugin-print-label/
      DHL eCommerce Integration Team shared their opinion that this portion of the plugin is not support.
      I have reached out to further verify and provide assistance.

      Can you also assist us with setting up the DHL eCommerce portion of the plugin?

      Hi,

      DHL Ecommerce in our plugin supports only US region so if you have account from another country it will not work, also DHL Ecommerce module has only print label feature and not the Rate quote in cart or checkout page.

      Hi,

      I suppose DHL paket or ecommerce has their own plugin listed on WordPress you can check it out. Right now we don’t have a solution for DHL ecommerce for Regions outside US.

      Hi Lorenzo,

      Yes, I have installed the official DHL plugin and configured for DHL eCommerce, but it does for DHL Express.

      I am looking ton.

      The official DHL plugin does not have the feature of displaying the rate quote in cart or check out page.

      Please do share your second opinion if there is another solution.

      Hi,

      The DHL Ecommerce API to define your own flat rate shipping using woocommerce flat rate shipping method or use some other third party plugin.
