      On November 20 last year I requested a refund for my purchase

      WooCommerce DHL Express / eCommerce / Paket Shipping Plugin with Print Label × 1

      I have heard nothing from you since then

      Please refund my purchase price as requested

      Refund is not an issue, we promise refunds within 30 days, if you have submitted a ticket for refund previously please do mention the ticket number here.
      Please provide the order number for which you have requested a refund, do let us know if you were facing any issues with the plugin, or if the plugin didn’t meet your requirements.
