InactiveHi
My checkout is not working, I can login to Amazon but then it gives internal server error when I try to pay. I think the reason could be I have one more item of setup to do. However the following section of your documentation makes no sense at all:
“HTTPS: … You need to generate Login with App Client ID in Seller Portal. Under your Login with Amazon app -> Web Settings [” Allowed JavaScript Origins “], paste the URL of the secured site.”
Please explain excatly where and how I do this? What is the “login with Amazon” app?? Can I do this from the Amazon website instead? I have searched all through it but found no mention of this setting. Please help!

InactiveHi,
You need to add the javascript origin as well as return URL.
Origin URL – Your website URL (For ex – https://www.mysticaccess.com/)
Return URL – Checkout URL (For ex – https://www.mysticaccess.com/shop/checkout/)You can refer the screenshot here – https://ibb.co/hQ1dYw
If you have already do let me know.Regards,

Unfortunately I cannot find that screen you are on or any such settings! Here is what I can see. Any other ideas please? Can you tell me the exact route from the homepage to the one you are on?

InactiveHi,
you need to the seller account: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/
And enter the urls under the web settings, the screenshot you sent, seem like you haven’t logged in.

InactiveHi
I have made some progress because Amazon finally replied with how do this:
To enter your JavaScript origin and return URLs:
1. Go to Seller Central .
2. Select the “Login with Amazon” view from the drop-top right (instead of “Amazon Pay (Production View”).
3. Click on “Edit” Button in Web settings tab
4. Enter the URLs.So I have to enter those settings so I’m not sure it is right. Here is a screenshot of what I entered (with IDs redacted again):
I really appreciate your efforts with this, thanks. What is the next step?

InactiveHi,
If you’re getting the internal server error can you please provide the php error log, or you could create an online ticket and share your admin credentials and FTP server credentials so that we can check this faster.
Regards,
Lorenzo
