      Hi,

      I recently installed your plugin on my site but unfortunately it’s not working. I activated the plugin with google maps autocomplete and usps validator, but when I enter an incorrect address the order goes through without validating or recommending the correct address. I checked and there are no console error.

      Can you help me ?

      Hi Julian,

      Please make sure you have entered the USPS WebToolsID and address validation service is active on your USPS account.

      Let me know if you still face issues, you can raise support ticket as well.

      Sorry for the delay. I get the USPS WebTools activation, but still without works and without errors on the console. I do it ?

      Lorenzo,

      I realize that i have this error on logs “Authorization failure. Perhaps username and/or password is incorrect.” but in settings i only can add my user id, i don’t know where put the api username and pass.

      Please raise a ticket with the admin credentials do share the USPS mail with the webToolsID.
