My products have weight and dimension information. I have chosen Priority, Regional Box A, and Regional Box B (among others) as choices for shipping through the plugin. In the shipping calculator that the customer sees in the cart, there is only one option for Priority, not options for Regional A or Regional B, too. Even when I disable the general “Priority” shipping method and only allow Regional A and Regional B boxes, they do not come up as options. Can you help me understand why this might be? Thanks!

I am also having this problem – I cannot get it to return rates for the Regional Boxes, and those are the only boxes I use. Has there been a resolution suggested for this?

I think I got it – when I change the Rates API Setting, Rates Preference to ‘Commercial’, the correct Regional Rates are returned.

Hi Kristy,
Yes the rate request type needs to be selected as commercial rates, and the product dimensions should not be greater than the regional box’s dimensions. Once these details are fulfilled the regional rates should show.
