Plugin Won’t Return Rate

    Hello again,

    Thanks for your help with our previous issue. However, we are still having issues. Basically, we cannot get any shipping rates at all to show up in our shopping cart. We had a quick look, and my manager seems to think it is to do with another Plugin, “Extra Product Options” (https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-extra-product-options/7908619), although we hope this is not the case, as EPO forms the backbone of our site, and it’d be virtually impossible for us to stop using it at this point.

    If there’s an easy way to make the plugin return a rate (and still be compatible with EPO, we’d appreciate you’re insight. I’ve included a copy of the code for you to look over.

    Hi Alex,

    From the response, I can see that you are getting a Warning and an error, which can be reason of the issue your facing.
    In order to check for the exact issue, along with the FedEx debug Response, we will be needing debug request as well.
    Can you kindly share the Debug Request? So that we can check for the issue.
