Packing Slip Print is cutting off part of product name - XAdapter

  When printing the packing slip the Product description is being cut off. Is there a way to adjust this?

  Hi Jeremiah,
  There is an option to print the full name of the product in packing slip. You can find it under the general settings ‘Enable Full Product Name’. Check screenshot below.

  I do have that turned on and it still cuts off the info..

  Hi Jeremiah,
  You need to get full product name.
