      I purchased the premium version of the Orders In-Ex Plugin for Woocommerce hoping that it would solve the problems I encountered with the free version.

      The coupons imported without error.

      BUT the orders are still experiencing the exact same problem that happened with the free version.

      Only the first 9 orders import and then the entire import process hangs and the status bar just stays where it is forever.

      The screen remains like this for ever even when using the premium version and only the first 9 orders import.

      Order Import Nightmare

      It does not list success or failure and it just stays on this screen forever.

      Please help. I need to get all the orders imported.

      Sent several emails, Facebook messages, twitter messages, etc…

      I am hoping someone from support can help me solve this problem.

      I also included the IIS log files in the emails. This is a high priority issue.

      We need to get this fixed as soon as possible.

      Hi Jim,

      We have replied back to all of your emails. Please share your order CSV as said in the email. So we can check an import with the same.
