    Hi Mowen,

    You have shared only the UPS Request, from which I see the parameters like address, weight & dimensions are going correct.
    However, to check the actual problem, we will also be needing the UPS Response.

    Could you please copy the complete UPS Response and provide us that? So that we can analyse and help you.
    Note: Kindly ensure to clear your browser cache, as the debug seems to cached output values.
