InactiveHi,
We understand that holidays are designated as days for the shop owner to not include in ship dates. However, we need to configure the plugin so that Saturdays and Sundays are not included as days to have products delivered, as our shipping service do we accomplish this with the plugin settings? Thank you.

InactiveHi Mitch,
We have an option in the plugin “Calculation Based On”. Just make “Next Working Day”. This should resolve your problem.

InactiveYes we’ve used that option, but it still returns some Saturdays and Sundays as estimated delivery days. We can not show the custo?
It seems that holidays and next working day allow some days to be skip for shipping time, but still shows Saturday and Sunday as delivery days when the number of estimated days falls on a Saturday or Sunday. Please help!

We have decided to fix this.
We will provide the option of “No Shipping and No Delivery” in the plugin.
This dev will take into effect by end of this week.We request you to follow up with us on the end of this week.

Yes, you can delete the existing plugin and then install the version. No worries. Your settings will still be intact.

InactiveOk thanks, I’ve deleted the old plugin and re-installed. Also chose the ‘Consider holiday for Shipper and Recipient’ option. However now when I click the calculate shipping button, I just see the spinning circle with no delivery date display. Any idea what might be wrong?
