I am looking for a method to have one online store on our website which takes registrations to attend classes that are conducted in different States. I am able to link the proper tax classes to the woocommerce products with no issue, but from an accounting/tax perspective, it would better to feed different stripe accounts per business entity in each State. So an order to attend a class in our NY store and an order to attend a class in our CA store go to their appropriate NY and CA stripe accounts.
Possible with your Stripe gateway?
