We experience an issue when a customer orders more than one product (i.e. 3 or 4). When I click ‘create shipment”, the plugin creates 3 separate shipments for one order, charging us three times the shipping fees. I have various sizes of boxes set up which could easily fit all products in one shipment.

This usually happens when you are selecting Parcel Packing option as “Pack items individually”. In order do that :

By custom box dimensions are:
small: 27x21x11cm box weight 0.02g max weight 3kg
medium: 32x36x15cm box weight 0.03g max weight 5kg
large: 33x36x16cm box weight 0.06g max weight 10kg -
Hi Maria,
In that case, please do inside the box so that for multiple items, multiple boxes will be required.
If you can attach the product dimensions as well, then we can quickly analyse and finish this.
