Just noticed that my client site is running version 3.1.13 of this plugin, however have not received an alert to update. Looks like my subscription is still valid. I can download the latest copy of the plugin, but what is the recommended steps to update? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for reaching out to us.
If you have activated the license in the plugin and then you should get an update prompt in the Installed plugins folder.
Also, if you want to manually download the plugin, you can do that by logging onto Xadapter.com –> My Accounts –> API Downloads.

Is the manual update process just to deactivate current plugin > then delete current plugin > install new plugin?

Yes, that’s correct.
First deactivate and delete the current plugin , then install the new version.
No need to worry about the settings. They will be intact.

Thanks for the help. I manually updated the plugin, and it installed correctly keeping all account and settings data in place. Unfortunately, it didn’t fix the issue I am having. I hope you can help me. The situation is, if customer adds product to cart, then changes the quantity of that item from 1, to more than 6 no shipping options appear. See what I mean here:
Reducing the quantities solves the problem. Any idea why this is happening? Thanks again.

No worries. In that case you can do the following :
Kindly provide us the following info –
– Screenshot of the plugin settings page
– Enable debug option in plugin settings page and then place an order from the cart page. You will see a request and response info. Copy this in a text file and send it to us.
We will analyze the debug response and immediately provide you the solution.
