How do I get a refund?

      sorry I think I need to ask for my money back on the Woocommerce import export software. The database import is capped at 2mb, I am working with a vtiger exported data file at 6mb (not complete yet), I will be annoying to have to managed this in chunks. Also the first test import I ran had merge successful, failed to import product, merge successful, failed to import product, merge successful, failed to import product, all the way through the run with a pattern of one fail, one success, I guess this is some sort of overrun issue where something cant keep up, however I don’t want to commit the time to problem solving.

      Please mention the ticket number you had submitted on November 20th last year. I’ll check the ticket why the refund hasn’t been processed yet.
