Hi – with UK postcodes, can we use a wildcard like such: IV***** and do we need to include a space to match UK postcode formats (IV** ***) or is it just IV* ?

And is it possible to set a specific postage rate for these IV postcodes which will override any other UK postcodes?

And finally, I can only see the option to display the minimum or maximum costs per item/order/category. We would like to be able to offer the customer the choice of either First or Second Class, for example (rather than just the cheapest or most expensive method). How can we do that?

      Thanks

      Hi Mark,

      Just using IV* will work.

Regarding setting of specific postage rates for IV, you can configure a specific rule and generic rule. The order will satisfy both these rules but only that rule will be selected for which the Calculation mode is valid. In case per order max rate is selected, then costlier options between the generic and specific rules will be selected.

Regarding multiple shipping options, we can configure the rates based on method group option in the plugin. Using method group column multiple shipping options can be offered to the users. Leaving it blank will only return one shipping rate.
