Hi! I have been trying to get the plugin to work for 3 weeks with no assistance from your support team. Two issues: 1) when we import the tracking data, it does complete the order and trigger the email to the customer BUT the email to the customer DOES NOT have the tracking info. 2) We want to do an ftp file upload that is automatic. So we cannot put the path of the exact file since the warehouse uploads many csv files with tracking info throughout the day and they all have different file names. We were under the impression that this software would automatically grab the csv tracking files and import but we are told that we have to add the full path including the file name so this means we would manually have to do this multiple times a day – does not make sense. We tried putting the path Outbound/*.csv but it does not work when it should. This means it will grab any csv file in this FTP folder without having to put the exact file name. Please please please help. Our client is very upset and we are trying to make this work for them.

    Hi Tasha,

We analyzed your issue and were able to find out the root cause of the problem.

For order 1783, you had imported the csv file with carrier name as ” UPS SurePost > 1lb “. Please note that this is not present in the list of carriers names in Shipment Tracking box. Hence no carrier was selected. As a result no tracking number was getting triggered in the order completion email.

You can either use the existing carrier names in the drop down or set up your carrier name in Woocommerce –>Settings –> Tracking in the exact way other carriers are registered. You can take help of the article – http://support.wooforce.com/hc/en-us/articles/205560892-Setting-Up-WooCommerce-Shipment-Tracking-Pro-Plugin

We tested this order with a defined carrier in the list and got the tracking information with order completion email.
SAME IS THE CASE WITH ORDER 1792.

Regarding the issue of file-name, currently our plugin has the feature of importing one file at a time.
However, we are keen to develop this feature for you so that you only have to provide the folder name. The plugin would scan all files and import them automatically.
For this, you would require to clear off old files which have been imported, so that as soon as an import is triggered, it does not duplicate the import for the old file. Please confirm to us if you are okay with this functionality. We would be able to develop this by 14th July.

We hope we were able to explain you this issue.

Let us know if you have any query.

I just purchased this plugin – is this feature included?
