Recently installed the free plug-in with thoughts of upgrading to premium after reviewing output. We have order data in our system through beginning January 1,2016. However, the export data range started on 4/26 and exported order data through 8/27. Will the free version export all the order information – we’re missing approximately 1,000 line items from Jan 1 through April 25.

Free version exports all the Orders. There is no date vice filtering in free version.
You can mail us your WP credentials to support@xadapter.com. We will check the issue. -
