discount for renewal?

    Hi,
    I have this plugin and it has worked well for me. I tried several shipping plugins, this was the only plugin that could do what i needed.

    However, i do have a couple of issues:
    1. How do i extend the subscription at 50% of the standard cost? I do not see that option from my account page. I only have the option to extend at full price.
    2. Also, I am getting this message in my site:
    “A license key for shippingpro could not be found. Maybe you forgot to enter a license key when setting up shippingpro, or the key was deactivated in your account. You can reactivate license key at your plugin settings page.”
    For info, my site has moved server during the year, so maybe this has caused confusion. I only use this plugin on 1 site and the code listed in settings, is the same code i was provided in the order email. Please detail how to clear this error. My 1 year license has recently expired, but i am sure this message was showing when the license was still active. i cannot see any way to deactivate a website in my xadaptor account (maybe that is due to my subscription expiring in January 2018?).

    Ideally, the message that you are getting in your site regarding the “License Key” will appear only when your plugin license has expired.
    As you have mentioned that it has been more than year, since the first purchase, your plugin license has expired and hence we would recommend you to renew the license to get updates and support.
