      parcels to USA/Canada will automatically create matching CN23 forms. The customs tarrif number (HS code) that is stated on the generated form is 1634, which does not match my goods. I cannot find the place where I can configure that, please help.

      Hi,

      You can go to the product edit, and under the shipping tab, you can change or enter the HS tariff code.
