      Thank you for the quick response. I am having a bit of trouble with the UPS Plugin with print label. If a customer selected other ups shipping options.

      Hi Carol,

      Just tomer is selecting some other service, even then the plugin is generating the label with the default service?

      If this is the issue, we will raise a ticket from our side and assign it to check it.

      not generating but more of selecting. The Images on the bottom shows 3 day ups butt he label module shows ground service.
