    Hello,

I’ve spent most of the afternoon trying to get the FedEx Plugin to work, but to no avail. We’re setting up a WooCommerce Store (http://abb.12d.myftpupload.com/) using several plugins necessary for our products (Extra Product Options etc), and we found this plugin today for shipping, after having quite a few issues with Flexible Shipping Pro. Could you give me a few pointers in the right direction to get this working?

For a quick rundown: we want to ship by weight (we deal in Samurai Armor and Accessories of varying weights, so this is important), and possibly also split bigger orders down into multiple packages. We currently use GoDaddy, so something similar to their shipping would be great! I’ve read several of your articles, but can’t seem to get it working even “simply”, or get the flat fees to show up.

    Thanks for your time!

    Hi Michael,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

As per our understanding, you would want to divide your Orders into multiple packages based on the weight of the Order.
If yes, then you can easily achieve this with our Premium FedEx plugin.
You just have to set the “Parcel packing method” to “Weight Based” packing and set a package limit.
Once this is done, your orders will be packed based on the package weight limit that you have configured in the settings.

    Hope this would work you!
Let us know if you have any query.
    Regards,
