      Hi Trevor,

      Thanks for reaching out to us.
      The plugin will not show in settings page only if WooCommerce is not enabled. Otherwise, it will definitely show.
      If you still face the problem, kindly raise a query to our support team so that they can login and check it in your website.

      I bought and installed this plugin, but the UPS settings page is inaccessible; it doesn’t show up as a new tab under Shipping in Woocommerce settings, nor is there a quicklink to the plugin’s settings from the Plugin page.

      I originally had Woocommerce 3.3.X installed, and running the UPS plugin together with that crashed the site. I thus downgraded Woocommerce to 3.2, the upper end of the range supported on the purchase page, and the plugin activated without crashing the site. However, I simply cannot access the settings. I have tried deactivating all other relevant plugins to rule out conflict with anything else, and I’ve also ruled out a theme conflict. The ONLY obvious thing left is (apparently) my server is running PHP version 5.3.24 and MYSQL 5.0.96, and Woocommerce.

      Once I get access to my client’s Godaddy account, I will upgrade PHP and MYSQL, and hopefully this resolves the issue of not being able to even access the plugin’s settings, but if not, is there something I’ve missed in setting up the plugin ???

      Woocommerce definitely is enabled.

      You can see from these two screenshots that Woocommerce is enabled (or else that whole WooCommerce tab on the left wouldn’t be there, and I wouldn’t be able does not appear.
