      Good day,

      When I’m on the checkout page and I want to select a shipping option, only one option appears? I check with Canada Post to make sure their API was working properly and they confirm it.

      Why is causing that problem?

      Hi Alexy,

      To understand the problem, you may have to debug.

      You can do the following and provide our support team with the debug info:
      – Enable debug option in plugin settings page and then place an order from the cart page. You will see a request and response info. Copy this in a text file and send it to us.

      We will analyze the debug response and immediately provide you the solution.
