Hi,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Using this plugin, your customers would automatically get the tracking number in their “My Accounts” page. So there would not be any need for this button. You can check this feature from this article – https://www.xadapter.com/setting-woocommerce-shipment-tracking-pro-plugin/

We need this button for when customer’s phone in asking for the tracking number.
Yes, we can direct them to their account page but we allow customers to purchase as “guests” so they cannot access their account page.We can also request them to view the email with the tracking number on but most of our customers would prefer i tell them directly on the phone where their product/parcel is whilst they have me on the phone.
I believe it is needed. Please look into if possible.

Hi Ikram,
Could please share the screenshot indicating the button you are referring to?
If you were referring to the screenshot that is shared above by mackann_417, I do not understand the reason why you would want the button.Since the customers will anyway have to visit their My Accounts page to view the Tracking-ID, they can open the respective order and view the Tracking-ID of that particular order.

Hi Anindo.
I’m sorry. I thought mackann_417 image was of the Admin “Orders” page and not the customers’ “My Account” page.
My issue is slightly different where I cannot view the tracking number in the Admin “Orders” section (my old plugin “Shipment Tracking” used to show them). When my customers phone enquiring for deliveries, I have to now go into the “order” to view, copy the tracking number and then open a new tab to visit the couriers website. And then I can track the parcel from there.
I would prefer it in the orders section as per “Shipment Tracking” plugin with a link to track directly. -

Hi Ikram,
We understand your problem. However, it is quite tricky to deal with the WooCommerce Order page to make any changes to show the tracking status. However, we have noted your point for the future enhancement of the plugin.
