      Hi.
I am trying to import a relatively small file (60 products out of my 2500) and although the file is in CSV format and all the fields seem to match up pre ‘import’ it just keeps hanging on me. I’ve left it for close to an hour now so I think I’m being patient enough lol.

Have you had this problem before. What might be causing it?

      Many thanks
      Raf

FYI I’ve tried making the file smaller and only using 3 products.
I’ve also tried saving the csv as a MS-Dos file rather than the delimited option.
I’ve tried reinstalling the plug in.
      Exporting file works fine.

      Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for the response. Your email was correct. There is a way of opening up using libreoffice (free) and it works perfectly now. Much easier.

p.s. I paid for the premium version of this plugin this morning so thank you.

      Hi Paul,

If the import process is getting hanged, please check if anything is logged under WooCommerce -> System Status -> Logs -> csv-import.

If the log file cannot help to sort out the issue, please raise a support ticket with the CSV at http://support.xadapter.com/
