I am trying to perform an update import to my products. I have a csv file with the product ID then sku,weight, length, width, and height.
I want to merge the new data into the existing products….so based on the product ID, I want to update sku and add the weights and dimensions. When I try to import it tells me the products already exist and does not import. Also, I am worried that if I select merge empty cells it would write over existing fields. Please help as soon as possible.

Hi Jay,
If you are updating variations , please keep their parent ID ( post_parent) or parent sku in CSV.
